There are some simple procedures that we can recommend you undertake to maintain optimum health.

We perform other checks ourselves and these can be arranged with the practice Nurse or Doctor as appropriate.

For example:

• Cervical smears and and breast checks are recommended to female patients.
  • Smears are performed every 3-5 years depending on age
• Checking for testicular or prostate cancer in men
• Blood pressure, urine tests
• Over 75 screening checks
